FieldGuard Temperature & humidity Sensor

The FieldGuard Temperature and Humidity Sensor is a accurate sensor for measuring Air Temperature and Air Humidity. The Sensor is mounted inside a so called Sinter Filter to protect it against chemicals (pesticides or furtilizers), and inside a Radidation shield to protect it against direct sunlight. Direct sunlight would heat up the sensor causing wrong readings. This sensor is normally mounted on top of the FieldGuard Mounting pole and used in combination with our frost alert system.

• Wide supply voltage range, from 2.4 V to 5.5 V
• I2C Interface with communication speeds up to 1 MHz and two user selectable addresses
• Typical accuracy of ± 1.5 % RH and ± 0.2 °C
• Very fast start-up and measurement time
• Sinter Filter for protection against chemicals (spraying)
• Radiation Shield for protection against direct sunlight
